However while in process my furniture was jamed up against my chest of drawers that I had to get to before they returned the next day and while tying to get to my necessary items a bed frame fell against my closet door which was a mirror and it cracked. I feel that common sense was not used when left where we had no access to anything in the room. If it weren’t for that situation I would have given a five star.”

“They put on shoe molding which was no where in my house and it looks awful. They also left doors open as they were sawing and left sawdust all over my house. Not very pleased even though sales rep was very personable. Workmanship on molding looks like crap.”

“I was given a horribly cheap carpet pad and after many many attempts to have it replaced we had to give up due to our salesman becoming too rude to work with. We were never shown any examples of the pads and they installed the cheapest one possible under our expensive carpet. Now it all feels cheap. The pad wasn’t even laid all the way to the walls.”
