“I was not happy with the salesperson. Initially, he was very nice, but as soon as I signed for the contract and paid the deposit, he became rude and difficult to get in touch with. The carpet I had installed was not stainproof like it was supposed to be. When I called to speak with the manager about the issue, he couldn't even tell which carpet I had installed because they hadn't updated their records yet. They are totally disorganized. They never got back to me about the stain. I am not happy with them at all. I would not recommend them.”
