“I was really pleased with the total package. From my initial visit to the store on Baltimore Pike, through the home visit of the sales representative, through the installation, and follow up contact. At the store, the rep. took his time explaining the difference in carpets, and, from the styles I was thinking of, he actually cut a small piece to take home and check out. The in home rep. was professional, and not at all pushy or aggressive. He took his time and explained everything from pricing to installation. The crew who arrived to do the installation were great. They carefully moved the bigger furniture, ripped up the old carpet and installed the new one with a minimum of mess, again being careful not to hit the walls, etc. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the total operation.”
