“We've had USS of IL fix two separate cracks in our basement walls and both have not had any issues since their fix. One of the cracks was a repair to a previously repaired crack (done by a different company prior to us owning the house and was leaking only a few months later). The tech explained why his process and materials were better suited for this type of crack. The tech was also able to identify the location of a second crack that was hidden on another occasion. His almost immediate finding the of the crack saved us lots of time and money searching for the source.”

“Repair made in 2020 was great. Repair made in 2021 was a crack repaired by this company under a different name and so warranty was not honored. Not pleased with the excuse that they "sold" the company and didn't transfer lifetime warranties. But the pricing and the original owner, now the estimator, are better than their competition. Unlike the major brands, they do not try to sell you an entire drainage system or other extensive foundation projects. If you want to avoid that and just get the crack filled, they do a fine job at an affordable price.”
