“Our recent work with '58Foundations has been among the worst customer experiences we have had in the past 20 years. Following the completion of our job, a complete encapsulation with 2 sump pumps and dehumidifier, we expected the county to inspect and approve our project so that we may move on to other activities. Instead, we experienced multiple failed inspections and attempts to resolve the problems stretching over a four month period. While eventually resolved by a dedicated operations manager, the experience was frustrating and destroyed our confidence in the company. It remains the clearest example we have seen of logistical and communication failure on multiple levels.”
