“Towards to the end, I wasn't able to talk to the representative anymore, and I had to deal with the office. I was upset with the representative in the beginning, because he would never call me back. I communicated with the lady in the office.”

“The person that came out told us things that were not accurate and there was huge confusion. There were issues after the fact and it was not a great experience. We were not told there would be a massive gap in our wall.”

“AA Action was the second lowest quote we received for installing a French Drain system in our basement, and was half as expensive as the highest quote. The scope and plan for the work made the most sense to us compared to the other quotes. They did not suggest that we have more work done than seemed necessary, as two of the other quotes did. Everything was done on schedule, completed earlier than we expected on the second day, and looks great. It has fixed our problem with water penetration on all 4 sides of the basement when there is heavy rain, which had been worsening over the past few years. The dust was successfully contained in the area where the work was happening, even though there was no door we could close between the work and the main part of the house. They did a great job of cleanup, dumping all the dirt onto tarps and hauling the tarps away, so there was no leftover debris in the yard or on the street. This was our best experience with any sort of contractor.”
