“Dexter, who helped us out with the initial sale, was excellent - very responsive and informative. The gentleman at the end who helped pick up all the pieces at the end was also excellent - very responsive and informative. However, the crews did a terrible job. There was no communication. It took longer than they said it was supposed to take. My floor is still not level, which won't be repaired now because I've already had the basement finished. They told me that there wouldn't be a final inspection. They said it was all done and ready to go. I kept calling to ask for the final paperwork. The guy finally told me they were waiting for the inspector. I said, "What inspector? You're telling me I have to take off more work now?" There was a complete lack of communication. The gentleman who did the initial estimate was excellent, very communicative, and told me everything that I asked him. The guy who came in at the end to close everything out after we had all those problems was also excellent. Everybody in the middle just seemed to be completely incapable of communication.”

“Great initial coordination and communication. Poor job at customer prioritization- resulted in waiting over 3 months to start the job. Great work and installation. Lackluster job of cleaning up after work was complete. Left behind material, tape, and failed to reconnect downspout to pipping that leads water away from foundation. Displeased with poor installation of dehumidifier-poor location chosen that is not per original plan and makes poor use of space. Despite being a foundation repair contractor, they were unable to repair my exterior foundation and I had to hire an additional Mason to fix part of the foundation before they would waterproof the foundation.”

“I was very satisfied with the work that was done. From the time that I called to get an estimate, to the time the work was completed, everything was handled in a very professional manner. It was done quickly. I had some issues with flooding in my basement. They came out quickly and put in a second sub-pump for me so that I didn't have anything to worry about when the heavy rains came again.”

“I contacted NV Waterproofing to do my waterproofing because they had done a good job the first time. However, this time I was not as happy as the first time. From start to finish my one day job took 5 months. There were constant delays and finally I think the owner had to come out to help the job get finished. Based on this last experience I would not recommend NV Waterproofing to my friends.”

My lead tech was especially customer oriented, taking his time to discuss the job and implications of the work or opportunities for modifications based on my specific needs and land. I should have provided my feedback sooner, but I'll close by saying that their communication gave me peace of mind at the time of delivery and their quality workmanship continues to provide me with peace of mind.”
