We had a giant tree and I thought that was the reason, but I pushed the garage door off the track. It is beautiful, and you can't tell I ruined it.”

“It was a very cold winter day in January, and the gentleman who installed my garage door stayed out there. It was bitterly cold out there, and he was maybe eight hours working on the garage door because we had a problem with the door. He was a very good man. He stayed working on the job in spite of the bitter cold. I asked if he was okay, and he said he was almost finished, but it took him a long time to put the door in and the motor, too. He did a very fine job. I'm most satisfied with it.”

“The install itself went well, except for something they did got in the way. I called them again and they came out, but it didn't go well. I spoke to the guy and told him I could remove the screw but it would mess up the warranty. He told me not to touch it that they would do it. When they came out they charged me $100.00 to come out and remove the screw.”
