“I used to like Welborn, I have used them for several years, their price was reasonable and technicians were honest. They recently changed their operational strategy. I found the technician gave a very expensive quote and I asked why because it was not in line with the past. The garage door did close before he got here but when he left I could not close and when I called them they never came back or responded to my request. The office said they would have him come back but he did not and I had to call anoter company to come and replace the door. I would never use Wellborn again.”

“This was on a Sunday when we had a terrible storm, and my garage door would not open. Once I got it opened, I could not close it. I called Welborn Garage Doors, and the young man that was assigned had been out all day long trying to work with people everywhere. They kept informed on his arrival. It was 9:00 p.m. by the time he got to me, and I can't tell you how wonderful he was! He was just as if he'd woke up to start his day when I knew he had to be exhausted.”

“I have no idea why Im getting this. Apparently Milestone doesnt communicate with Welborn. I have no garage. Never had a garage. Never had service on a garage...since I dont have one. I had them text me on getting a service call set up on my garage. I also told them I have no garage.”
