“The salesperson and the people's workmanship has been outstanding! They are true to their word and prices are great. Excellent salesman! They excel in their promises and their craftsmanship is great! The workers are great. They repaired my garage while we were waiting for the rest of the pieces to come from them manufacturer, so my garage was feasible. Everyone provided exceptional service. Starting from the salesman, whoever came out to do the on-site inspection, and the workers who came, were knowledgeable. I even checked around to see who would be the best on prices. These guys were exceptional! They had my garage up and running in no time. They did a repair while we were waiting for the other parts to come, so I had a temporary fix until there was a permeant fix. My home was a brand-new home built this year. The company who put in the garage door made my door too short. Horizon Garage Door was able to make the garage different to accommodate my larger vehicles. They were even able to help and recommend expanding the height of it to accompany my vehicles and not hit my garage. They were exceptional. I have used other companies. They did very, very well. Also, even though I paid in full, it's a no hassle payment!”

I recall him suggesting some other things, but it wasn't anything that needed to be done right away, so I didn't feel like I was being gouged, and I definitely will use them again. That's not an issue. I'd give them an A. He even pointed out some issues with the way the original installers had replaced garage doors, where they made some mistakes, so I think he knows what he's doing—at least the technician they sent here did.”
