“I'm so glad we finally got our garage doors replaced. It's been a great delight to have doors that close quietly and that light up the garage when you come in. It's so easy to operate. If you lose your keys, you can enter a code to get in.”

“The sales/service manager is not at all a friendly individual. He seemed to be bothered that he even had to come out to make the sale. The installation was a disaster and, after twice calling the service guys to come back and fix the door falling off, I finally hired a different garage door company to come fix the issues. They had to completely rehang the doors as the tracks were not hung in parallel. Thus the reason the door kept falling off the track.”
“RUN AWAY! Unless you want your time wasted, excuse given, and garage door installation half completed. They made me wait over 2 months for the garage door to come in before it could be installed. I waited patiently and even followed up 3 times to be sure they were ready for the install and that nothing was hung up or delayed in shipping. Each call I was told, no, everything is on schedule. Yesterday June 7th was the installation date. They showed up and installed only a portion of the garage door, then told us they “forgot a few pieces” and could not finish the job and would need to come back this Saturday, the 11th. How do you forget parts you need when your whole job is to install the garage door I will never know. We moved the tenant’s schedule around and she had to take a PTO day in order to cover for the forgotten parts and rescheduled installation. Once we reschedule it to this Saturday they called again and said the part wasn’t even in and now they can not install it until 2 weeks from now on the 17th. We then moved the tenant’s day around again and agreed so that we can finally get this job completed. In addition, I received an invoice today for a job they have not finished, parts forgotten, excuses given, no one taking responsibility, PTO days used that can not be taken back, and 2 reschedules. That is what you get when you work with All Four Seasons.”
