“I called them to see how the order was going, five weeks down the road, and the contact person that answered the phone said he was sorry, that he didn't put in my order in. I've talked to the owner about it. That was awful. He offered to reduce my price by $300.00, so he did make a concession, but he said that there was no way at all that it would be expedited; I would to go to the back of the line, and they would start the whole process over again.”

“I bought a new two-car-wide garage door to replace an old, wooden garage door that was quickly beginning to fall apart. Panels were sliding down, literally providing an opening big enough for even large insects to enter the garage without any trouble, and something was growing on the bottom of the inside. The new garage door was steel + insulated + steel and my only regret is not having done it sooner. It is nicer, quieter, and far cleaner. It even seems to keep the garage at a more constant temperature. And the price was much cheaper than I originally feared! If you have an old garage door that needs replacing -- replace it. It should hook up to your old garage door opener without an issue and the install happens super quickly.”
