We got it all done, and the old garage doors looked awful. It was an after thought because we hadn't planned on doing it. We started looking at new houses and looking at different places. After having almost 10 contractors in about an eight month period, nobody, I mean nobody, worked like Overhead Doors. Matt, he was a great communicator. They would say, My name is ____, and I am the Project Manager, I am leaving and I am on my way. I am about 15 minutes away from you and I have two other workers who may meet me there and we will be right on it. This was before Covid, and even though it was a garage, they were extremely respectful of our stuff. It took about eight hours to do the job. He said it is going well you haven't really cleaned, but it is easy to get to, and we will be done in a hour. They were way ahead of schedule. They communicated with me, and was able to explain the whole process to me. We didn't have that experience with other contractors. It was quite the opposite. I happened to find Overhead Doors just because I was on Interstate 70 and I saw the sign. I went to the website. Then I stopped in because I am an in-person type. The owner's wife was eating her lunch and stopped and showed me the process. Her husband came out, about three days later, and we had garage doors within three weeks. It was unheard of. No other contractors do that. It was one bumble after another. It was exciting because Overhead Door is so different. They are not the cheapest product out there, but it is an excellent product, excellent service and I couldn't have asked for a better service experience.”
