“I would not want to work with Kapil again. He cancelled many times and would not get back to me. His excuse was always he didn't get my message. He no doubt told the technicians to leave the first day they came because they thought the rain sensor on old gutter was an electronic devise. I told them it was not! In fact, it was dead because it was 30 yrs. old! Nevertheless, they left after making the gutter. It was left at the end of the lawn, almost on road side where kids walking by for school could step on it, play on it. Gutter was left there about 3 weeks and it left a huge groove on my lawn, which will cost me $500-600 tofix in the spring.”

“Unless my friends can afford a higher priced product, I would not recommend them. It is a higher priced product, there's no question about it. If you compare it to the other systems on the market, I mean yes, you're getting the high quality, but we're in a bad economy right now and folks are just barely holding on. So I'd recommend the product to someone who can afford it.”
