“There are several things. First was the salesman who gave me misleading information formation about financing which caused me to initially cancel. My credit score was over 800 yet somehow Wells Fargo declined me and the salesman got another company with a much less favorable rate. When I realized what he had done I proceeded to cancel directly to Corporate by overnight mail and a call to customer service to let them know. The customer service representative was very empathetic and helpful resulting in a text and I believe a call from the local manager. When the installation was done I was satisfied with the work until the very next week during a moderate rainfall water was gushing off the downspout pooling around the foundation of the house!! I made a video sent it to the local manager when advised me to call customer service. Someone came out a week or so later discovered that the downspout was clogged. So much for the gutter inspection/clean out. I paid $5000 for what I had hoped was an excellent product as advertised. I am extremely disappointed.”

“It was difficult to communicate with all the workers as two of them only spoke a foreign language. This difficulty in communication resulted in the workmen removing a section of gutter that wasn't supposed to be removed. The group had to replace the gutter.”

“The service was as bad of an experience that I’ve ever had. The only thing that was decent, was the crew that installed what I had installed. I didn’t have the whole house installed because of the terrible service from the company.”
