“Was told one section had to be screened. When we complained they came back and installed gutterguard. Later complained about water spilling over gutters and they said that you have o CLEAN THE GUTTER LIPS REGULARLY, which they can do for $100! What happened to never having to clean your gutters?”

“The water when it rains flows over the gutters with your helmet on very little of it goes into the gutters unless it’s a very misty rain that it works. I can prove it to you. I can show you the erosion that is being caused alongside my house by your gutters. !!!!!”

“Have only had a few months, so not sure if they are durable, how they will work when the leaves fall, plus we are in exceptional drought situation and haven't had sufficient rain to see how the gutter helmets work.”

“Gutter Helmet does a good job keeping debris out of the gutters and sending rain water to the gutters. However, leaf debris does stick to the edge of the Gutter Helmet causing water to drip from the gutters. During a heavy rain it can be a significant drip. The leaf debris needs to be brushed off to prevent the drip (which is difficult for second story gutters).”
