It hasn't rained yet because it's full-on summer. I don't know how well that stuff works but I have seen pictures of how it works and it should be fine.”
“The gutter they installed seems to be high quality. But the customer service / support wasn’t great. After installing a new gutter, I discovered one of the high up downspouts was disconnected. They obviously had to disconnect the downspout when they installed the new gutters. When I asked them to come reconnect it, they said they wouldn’t fix it because they didn’t replace the downspouts! Even though it obviously came apart while they installed the new gutters. I had to get someone else to fix this! They clearly just didn’t want to come back and fix what they left undone.”

“I love the gutters, the workers were friendly and hard working, they left no messes behind. However, your communication with us was not up to my standards. I received an initial email stating the tentative date for install. About a week before this initial install date, I called Zoe Wood who sent me the email, to find out if that date had changed, she sounded like she didn't have time to talk to me, she said she would call me back. She didn't call back. I kept checking my email, and finally she responded with a new tentative date. I was hoping that the day before install I would hear from someone that the new install date was a go. I left a message for someone to call me, they never called me. So I had to call the morning of the supposed install date to find out if anyone was still coming. The person I spoke with on the phone said "everyone is in a meeting, I will have to call you back." I didn't get a call back, so I assumed no one was coming. So my husband and I were out working in the yard and low and behold around 12 noon, workers show up to do the install. There was no call to confirm, nothing!... very strange. Communication is important, talk with your clients, stay on top of communication instead of leaving us hanging. This is my biggest complaint.”

“Install was good when it finally got done. No complaints about the work. Office communication was pretty bad. Got sent a bill before work was ever scheduled, and that was after giving all my info for doing the financing. Once that was resolved, we were scheduled for early January, then moved to late Jan, then moved again to early Feb. The day before the third "move to" date we got another call saying end of Feb. And finally at end of Feb we were told early March. It wasn't until I cancelled the order that suddenly the install was able to happen. Horrible time management and communication. No excuses for Covid, I run an appliance install company with 7 service trucks doing 7-10 installs a day. Our customers are called and informed, even with guys out do to protocol, we are not moving customers 3 and 4 times.”
