“AA Reno did a beautiful job on 3 projects in our home. We chose them due to prior issues with independent vendors who did not stand by their work, increased prices as the project went along and/or left things unfinished. With AA Reno they confirmed our choice by being here when they said they would be, completing the work to our satisfaction and beyond (including a few minor finishing items after the major work was complete). “When Thomas came out to give us the initial quote, he stood there and took time to understand what we wanted and what would be best suitable for us. He never pushed a sales pitch. It was more along the lines of what would be the best solution. I admire that. They worked with the customer versus selling the product.”

“The installers were very polite and didn't waste any time. There was no mess. They did a great job! The salesperson was real good too. He came back out and inspected everything. He was a real pleasant guy. Rhodes, at the office, got the guys out here for me. He called me one day and then two days later, the guys came early. The guys started, finished, and picked up everything without a mess. I couldn't have asked for a better job!”

“Not until the drip along the length of the gutters (completely around the house) is cured will I recommend All American Exteriors to others. I will say their pricing was competitive, but not the lowest bid. I felt comfortable with the sales person and took a chance. The gutters look nice, but they drip. FIX IT PLEASE!”
