“My Consultant was James Egan. He was very easy to work with and listened to my needs. I originally wanted only the gutters replaced and some part of the rotted wood replaced. However, James provided me with a reasonable quote to the gutters and wood, and a separate quote for downspouts. The downspouts were old and also needed replacing, so at the fair price quote I added them to be replaced as well. The workmen arrived timely and did a great job. I only wish the workers would have advised me to go ahead and buy new gutter covers (as they put back the old ones I had, but some of the screen part on the plastic covers were coming off). But they did good and my gutters look great. Yes I would recommend KTM Roofing Company to friends and family.”

“Shingles did not match the existing roof, I was not given an option on selection shingles, I had to come up with the solution of using existing shingles from another part of my roof during their return trip - which I was also charged the exact amount as the original trip - do not look at KTM roofing as an option for any roofing services.”

“They forgot to put drip edge on. They didn't order the correct color for the shingles and used the wrong color. They had to come back to bring the correct shingles. They left nails and trash in the yard. They said it would take one day, but it took three days. It also took an extra day to fix the drip edge.”

“I am totally dissatisfied with the lack of service I received from KTM. I am also dissatisified with the function of the product.”

“I had an issue with the work that was done and requested someone to come back. In addition to the work that was done here, they also tore up my yard. I had a young, Hispanic male come out to review what my issues were, and he didn't even look. He said the job was too small to do anything about it. The crew that came out did bad work. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“I have nothing good to say. On my job at least they showed very little competence. I had a bad roof leak. After three - yes three visits - the roof still leaked. They just did not know how to fix it. After failing to fix the leak, they demanded payment for “workmanship”. Even heard from their lawyer threatening to sue me. Repeat that. They threatened to sue me for failing to pay for their failing to do what they agreed to do. Would not recommend.”
