“The work they do is fine. The scheduling part is a nightmare. We wanted automation of home tasks. They say they do it, but I've always had to call because we need services before they can get us on the schedule. Then they said they'd call within 2 wks. A month later I still had to call them back to get them to come out.”

“I have been very happy with the new roof and gutters but I gave only four stars because they were going to come back to install a door surround on my townhouse. I have called twice about this and the said they would get back to me but I am still waiting. Because of vivid I did not call them again although it had been six months and the work is outside. I guess I will need to look elsewhere”
