“The job was small. Just repair/replace about 4 square foot space of rotted facia and repaint to match color of house. In the process of the job, the technician uncovered a rotted roof joist in the area which he repaired. All in all, the job was bid professionally, the tech showed up on time and the work was done right. Very professional and for a small repair job! I have some other needs around the house, When the time comes, Trusted Toolbox will be the first place I call for a bid.”

“I would not recommend because I didn’t like the pricing structure. I had two rooms painted; I paid a few hundred dollars for materials to paint one room and another few hundred dollars for the same materials to paint the second room. The pricing also felt like a nickel and dime process. I was told that two coats would be required and was quoted a price for two coats. As it turns out, the project needed three coats so that resulted in an additional cost. The project was pushed over budget because the estimator didn’t provide an accurate estimate. The cost for the the third coat of paint was nearly as much as the entire project.”

“I cannot say enough about Randy and his men regarding remodeling the guest bathroom tub/shower combo and primary bath standup shower remodel, new bathroom flooring and replacement of the toilet and vanity. They were very prompt and efficient. Randy and the men always gave me a heads up when they were on their way. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. Randy was great keeping me informed on the timeline of the project. In the end, the bathrooms looked awesome! Me and my husband are very pleased. We will continue to use The Trusted Toolbox in our home needs.”

“Replaced a piece of drywall and left dust all over the house. Installed a bathroom heater& fan and didn’t remove the shipping foam in the heater fan and told me it was radiant. If I had used it like that much it would have burnt it up. I don’t think the Trusted Toolbox would have warranted that. Then stole screws out of other switch plates to mount the ones in the bathroom and all he had to do was ask, the old ones were in a bag, but not in the bathroom.”

“The work was parching dry wall on the back side of 2 bathrooms. When the work was done, I couldn't see any line between the new dry wall and the older; it was just absolutely beautiful. I was sorry that I hadn't looked at it when the workman asked me to, because he would have seen & heard how pleased with it I was.”

We had someone out to get an estimate on a window replacement but we never got that estimate. After following up several times we gave up and hired another company to do the work.”
