Two workers came promptly, but one was good and the other not so good, condescending bordering on racist overtones. They left a lot of debris upon completion, and the final bill didn't itemize the supplies they purchased so it was a bit suspect. Maybe this is as good as it gets, but I'll be trying a different company next time.”

“This is the 2nd time we used JW. Customer service is excellent, however part of the 2nd job was to repair work from the 1st job. Also, on the 2nd job, we had issues with the mortar work on the driveway resulting in additional time to correct and repair. Ultimately the final work was excellent. JW just needs to ensure that at the start of any job, that they have the right guys for the right needs - painting skills, mortar skills, lighting skills, etc. Not everyone is skilled at everything.”
