“I would rate them as a 2.5. They need a faster process of installation. The whole purpose of getting the shutters is to protect it from storms. They need to work on their customer service skills for sure, that is what I would suggest. When someone spends thousands of dollars you don't want to hear about another customer. Aside from that, they need to give better gloves because the shutters are very sharp. As soon as I grabbed one it ripped the gloves and almost cut my hand. I didn't know they were sharp and they could have a lot of customers who may not know that they are sharp. So, for customer safety, I would recommend them to do a better job at that.”
