There was one small problem with the materials, but there was no questions or problems. A new part was ordered and installed to finish up the job and met all of our expectations. “Although the quality of the product is high, the company's attentiveness plummeted once we installed. We've had months of problems with finish work, adjustments, missing/ damaged parts etc. Even with manager Harold involved, we still couldn't get service scheduled. I called manufacturer directly to set up service and handle everything without Wright's.”
