“I have to give this contractor a mixed review. On one hand, they arrived on time, used quality materials, and accomplished what I asked. On the other hand, part of the agreement was to file for the Georgia Power efficiency improvement rebate ($600 in my case) which, as of May 31, has not been received even though the work was done on March 1. When I followed up with Aladdin on May 1, I discovered they hadn't completed the filing and I did not get the feeling they would have done it had I not pressed them.”

“I have actually used them twice - once about 10 years ago for attic insulation and a second time this past spring to redo crawl space insulation and add attic insulation. The crawl space part was particularly tough but the guys did a great job and they were always smiling and gracious. Charles was also very helpful when we were first getting estimates. He was very informative but there was never pushy or hard sell. He explained his product and made a few suggestions for an attic stair tent. I had gotten other estimates and one was for the paper/cellulose insulation but they could only go to an R-40 but couldn't explain why. I later learned that that type of insulation is so heavy that it limits the R value and it also settles significantly over time. With Aladdin, I was able to go to an R-60 and the price was lower.”
