They are customer-centered, super responsive to questions, straightforward about their products, don't spend tons of money on advertising (which presumably lowers the cost of their services?), and every single person from the company I dealt with, in person or on the phone, was amazingly well-informed and very understanding. The technology they use to document progress and completion of projects is superb. I could not be happier with the work and the customer service of this company (which I'd never heard of before one of their reps showed up on my doorstep one day). They certainly hire good people!”

“Sadly the quality of the product is fine. Just the installation is horrible.”
“They were very kind to help me move some heavy furniture out of the way and take down curtians. When they were finished they helped moved the furniture back and hang the curtains back up where I wanted them to go.They also took caution to cover the floor and anything around the window on the inside and out with plastic so nothing would get dirty. They also sealed the cracks on the windowsill corners that I asked them to do for me which made me very happy! Overall they did a wonderful job even in the freezing rain at times!! I would definitely recommend!!”
