“Arc Insulation did an awesome job. We needed vaulted ceiling insulation replacement and we decided to go with foam insulation option. Not an easy task working at 15-20 feet above the ground. The company went above and beyond, Ryan, who was my point of contact, sorted out every single issue. The original plan was to remove a few strips of drywall, but with this approach they could not guarantee that we get foam in every nook and cranny, so they ended up opening the whole ceiling, then promptly replacing it. They offered to bring it to primer and paint ready and delivered on their promise despite the fact that they've lost some of the employees in charge of that last stage. They ended up spending two extra days at my house to finish everything, even helped put back the lighting fixture that was particularly high on the sloped ceiling (I would not be able to do it myself without erecting new scaffolding).”
