“I could not be happier with my window installation. It was done on a cold day with snow and I was sure the installation would be cancelled, but 3 installers arrived on time, shoveled the area of snow from their truck to the front door and laid drop cloths over all interior floors. Surprisingly, it was not too cold in the house. They removed the old windows and quickly got the new ones in place to stop the cold air from coming in. They then spent the rest of the morning and afternoon, doing all the finish work on making these windows weatherproof and a lot more. Quality control personnel arrived to oversee much of the installation and to go over any questions I had. Prior to the installation, I contacted Power by email with questions and received timely replies.”
