“I feel I received a good deal for the expense of the doors. The workers were very professional. With the new steel doors I feel safer in my house than I did with my old ones, which were rotting. With these new doors & the lifetime warranty, I don’t have to worry about these doors ever rotting & I can contact Piwer Home Remideling if something happens to them.”

“The roofers did a great job but the crew that replaced the gutters left a mess for me to clean-up. The gutters are leaking and I've had a hard time reaching anyone to resolve it and fear that the cold we are having is only going to cause the leaks to become worse as the seems are expanded by ice.”

“I was very happy with the experience until I needed 2 recently installed screens replaced. The individual only replaced one screen and I have sent 3 emails regarding the unrepaired screen. I received one response requesting the phone number on the account and have sent 2 follow ups. I keep getting these survey requests instead of a solution and am disappointed”

“I was told from the salespeople that these windows would be easy to open, but they are not.When the installer installed them, he told me not to touch them for 24 hours. Once I went to open them after the 24 hours, I had a hard time doing so. I am having a hard time getting the windows serviced. The windows may be great, but it is not what the salesperson said, and I am having a hard time reaching someone to come and check the windows. According to the salesperson, there was supposed to be a QA check, but the last time Power called, no one came out to do the quality assurance check. I am having a hard time right now getting my issue addressed and am having to wait two months to get it checked. Most companies come out and address the issues immediately if it happens in the first 30 days.”
