“I love the look, quality, and craftsmanship of the work done on our house. However, it was extremely expensive - three times the lowest estimate we had and double another! Anyone with a less generous budget than ours would have to think carefully about it.”

“The window were installed great but the crew damaged our deck and tried to cover it up. They did replace the damaged part; however damaging our home and trying to deceive us is poor practice. Also, they left several free screws in our children’s bedroom and throughout the house. They didn’t put carpet down everywhere that they worked. The windows themselves are 5 stars but the crew is one star.”

“I want given accurate information about the appearance of the new windows and when I called about some of the work being messy, I was assured it would be fixed but I haven't heard from them since.”

“They are uncomfortably pushy to where it feels like you cannot say no. They sent a "quality control" person to my house on day of install, but in reality he was another sales person. He was so pushy I felt like I had to say yes after 4+ rounds of saying no.”

“I had previously done another project with Power Home Remodeling, and that is the reason for the follow-up project. We replaced my basement exterior door. This is my second project with them, including my main entry door with a main light and transom. They measured it correctly and came, but the only issue I had was a delay with the manufacturer, as it was supposed to be installed before Christmas, but it was just installed a week ago. They installed it, but there was a miscommunication with the work. They were here for 8 hours. It was clean work from start to finish. Everything was done the way it was supposed to be. They replaced my doorbell and smart clock, which I did not really use, so I repurposed and replaced them. It looks good. The color of the door did not actually match the color of the trim on the windows, which was supposed to be matching. The colors are a little different right now, but it is okay as the door looks awesome. People who came this weekend wanted a referral to them immediately after seeing it. The QA rep came the following day to check on the project, and I scheduled another project with Power Home Remodeling that will be completed in March.”
