“The last two people who came, the man who did our roof and our door, they both flooded our house. The man who installed the door used our bathroom sink to defrost the caulking and when he did, it was overflowing. My husband heard something, and he saw the sink was overflowing. And then, when I went to change my toilet paper, I found on my floor some caulking that was wiped up and caulking shot on the cabinet. They tried to clean it up, and they did not even tell us that they did that.”

“When they installed the door frame, they had to come back another day and another time to replace the wood. The wood came out scratchy the first time. Also, once the caulk dried, I didn't like how it came out. I tried to reschedule another appointment, but they didn't have another appointment until May. I am not very happy with that.”

“Company kept us well informed for each step of the instillation.They did a good job, completed in one day, good cleanup, and the supervisor took care of small issues on the same day.”

He was very personable and forthcoming with info about the windows and the company. We had 4 other appointments et up for estimates and Tom offered us such a great deal and just seemed so trustworthy. We cancellled all the other appointments and signed the deal.”
