The people who go door to door and the in-home salesmen are predatory and I will never speak to one again. I suspect that what the company calls a quality assurance rep is nothing more than a misleading term for a salesperson. They use the quality assurance term to make customers feel protected and then, wham, the person finds more things wrong with your home rather than inspecting the work and a quality assurance person never came for our next two major installs. Power does not make you pay until you sign off on the project because it is complete and you are satisfied. I appreciated that.”

“We bought brand new windows, they are defective. We went with Power because of the quality of Pella Windows. Every window has 8 metal miter joints; the joints on our NEW windows were not made properly. They are sharp, so sharp they cut and make you bleed. Power wants to chisel down 88 miter joints on our brand new windows. I called and spoke with Feliciana (sp?). She was rude. She said that she would pass on my "gripe" to the installers. I have a problem with the Pella quality and she called it a gripe. Rude.”

“I am unlikely to recommend this company, as the sales process is quite time consuming and the product was expensive. It took 3.5 hours for the initial "45 minute consult" and then another 3 hours after the install to "check the work" and try to upsell us on a roof. The communication with the company was not great. We were expecting them to show up to begin the project and they did not. When we called to inquire as to why they had not arrived, the representative reported that it was a weather issue and that another rep should have reached out sooner.”
