“I have worked with Property Masters on a few projects. The last project was on our backyard. We had drainage issues that we needed resolved and also did general landscaping and sod. As of now, the grass looks awful. It has washed away and is just dirt. I sent Lance an email that I did not feel that the yard was graded properly and it was sloped incorrectly. He disagreed. When I asked for someone to please come take a look, I was told no and to call the maintenance department for aerating and overseeding. That is not the issue here. I am very disappointed to say the least that no one from the company would even come out to see what the issue was. I was also told that fescue sod was not going to do well in our backyard when I complained (months after the job as completed). This was never mentioned to us when we agreed to move forward. If it had been, we would have discussed alternatives instead of spending $$ on bad sod.”

We were originally looking at just landscaping bricks. The salesperson drew up the idea and gave us pictures of what it would look like. The cost was right. It was cheaper than the landscaping brick. We decided to go with the boulder wall and are very pleased. Our neighbors have given us a lot of compliments.”

“Although all with which we dealt were very professional and friendly, we ended up with several issues relating to design and implementation. Design required a couple more builders that were happily added at no charge. The selection of two hydrangeas was poor as they have overgrown existing Loropetalums as well as the annual flower beds. Several relatively tiny rocks were used in wall where better selection of boulders would have not "looked like a mistake". We're hopeful that the 10 Camellias will grow since they have not shown much growth this first season. If not, we may replace with larger plants. We were trying not to be disagreeable and were waiting to see what a season of growth would do for the Hydrangeas and Camellias.”
“Property Masters was responsive on my $20,000+ project but has shown poor responsiveness and poor customer service - almost to the point of being ignored - on my repair job that will cost less than $1,000. They appear to want the big money but not the ongoing relationship. That is poor business.”
“Property Masters left me with the impression that their approach to any project is "quantity over quality". Once my yard was graded they failed to rake away any leftover rocks, uneven surfaces, stray roots and dirt clumps from having used their skid. Despite having torn up a sprinkler system pipe, the job was done to spec.”

“pulled ivy along a strip of yard 3 feet wide at it's widest 2 feet at it's shallowest, the length of driveway. No added trip was needed because Crew was next door anyway. Easy 1500 for you. Hard for me. Dont feel it was a competitive or fair price. Disappointed. I planned on using you guys for extended landscaping and irrigation. Not now.”

“We are happy with the overall work done (patio and landscaping). However, the sealant used on the walkway and patio left spots on the stone and repeated requests to fix went without response. Last year, the patio needed repairs due to settling. After the majority of the work was done, we requested an additional fix to the stairs, but that work was never completed.”

“After our initial meeting we had a strong plan and were given a scheduled date. With some luck, they were able to get me in about a month earlier than the given date. Once the job started I was in constant communication with our job foreman and after a couple of decisions made during the project, we got the exact look we were looking for and the functionality we were looking for.”
