“On time, professional, friendly, great team work, patient. Took great care with everything. Moved “half” our house twice — once into a on-site storage container and then back into our house — before and after renovation. The move back in happened on one of the hottest days of the year but the team was cheerful and efficient in spite of the heat. We will definitely call again for next phase of the project!”

“Oscar's Moving Company, LLC was very fast and professional.”
“I had a crystal chandelier that came in pieces. I have an antique grandfather clock that no longer works. It looked like stuff was just thrown on that truck. Plus, there were only two people to unload a 50-foot tractor trailer at 7:30 at night. There were only two men. There were supposed to be more. They were supposed to be here the day before they came, but no one showed up. We had to buy blow up mattresses and sleep on the floor of the new house because they never got here.”

“They lost the wheel to my bureau and then they lied to me and said that they left it on the windowsill, and that they are removable. I looked for it and didn't find it. They lost it and lied about it. I called the company and left messages, and they ignored them all. They lost my wheel and lied about it and I don't know where I can get another. It is now standing vertical. I am not happy about that.”

“I think the movers were nice, but the overall communication and how it was conducted was not what I expected.”
“The guy who was here--I requested for him to come with the instrument so they could easily open the boxes, but they didn't come with that. They came with a very standard instrument. It takes a lot of time to open the screwdriver. Now that there is a electronic machine; if you place it, it will immediately open the screw--but they were opening it physically. It was taking a long time. Plus, when they went to my home, they forcefully hit some stuff. It damaged stuff, and this part is very bad.”

“I have used oscars moving company before however the crew for this most recent move was unprofessional, had little to no regard for handling my property with care. The crew was unprofessional and at one point even arguing (including racial slurs and profanity) outside my new apartment. Neighbors even came outside to see what was going on,It was a disgraceful representation of the company. It was so bad I place multiple calls to the owner of the company. He was disappointed to hear this and assured me it would be addressed. I asked to be refunded a portion of the cost and he politely declined. I had no fight left in me and wanted to be done with Oscars all together. I was very disappointed with the crew and more importantly when addressed with management very disappointed in their customer service.”
“They reversed the exact same move done in January and charged me four times as much. The inexperienced crew were unsuccessful in delivering a couch to the new location, but managed to damage the walls in several places in their attempt. Finally, they scratched a table top with two significant scratches. The fact that they charge a higher rate in June does not cover the huge discrepancy in cost and the company appears to higher new, inexperienced people in their busy season.”
