“They broke a lot of my stuff and they loaded it really poorly. They were also late with my items. The people who packed me up and moved were wonderful. They were great. There are no complaints there. When they had a second or third party reload and pack it up, that is who damaged a lot of our stuff. You will soon come to find out I did not have a pleasant experience this time around. It was like the second party, or the third party. I do not know. It was whoever reloads it up in the containers. I am not sure what party that is, I think it is the second party. Also, they gave me one price. I told them how much I had and they quoted me. It was not until they realized that my stuff was heavier that they charged me an extra $2,500. They tried to charge me over $7,200 to move everything. I thought that was a really big cop out because they did not even tell me until I got a new bill after all my stuff had been loaded up. I would have never used them. 0 stars.”
“They were so good about everything. From the beginning when they did the evaluation to the end. They spent a minimal amount of time doing the work while also making sure they had enough time to complete everything. They stored everything and no damage was caused to any of our possession. The crew interacted well with each other. It was ike a dance. Everything was very appreciated.”

“I used a third-party contracting company to move my things from Houston to Chicago. The Houston company contracted the second half of the move to Reebie. When they showed up at my home, I had them assemble a futon and it took them over 3 hours to put it together. When I asked them why it was taking so long, they cursed at me and said they were not going to finish putting it together. I called the company to let them know what was going on and they said they would send another crew out to finish assembling the furniture. I ended up calling out the instructions to the original crew and they were able to finally complete the futon assembly.”
