“I Would like to keep my comments anonymous. They came late. There were many issues with the move. I ordered a certain kind of move that required two people, but they sent three people. My aunt and uncle were moving into an assisted living facility, and we were given a certain amount of time to check into the facility. The movers were one hour late. The movers performed their job fine. I have no complaints about the movers who completed the job. The move took an hour to complete. At the end of the move, the billing was incorrect. I had been charged a few hundred dollars more. I was told that the charge was for a minimum of three or four hours that had to be paid. This had not been discussed and agreed upon. The agreement was for only an hour of service that would be required. The move was completed in an hour, but I was charged for four hours and mileage. Mileage was never included in the discussion. Traveling distance was billed. After contacting the office, the dispute was resolved, and the money was credited for $500.”
