Unfortunately, the work provided is inconsistent depending on the crew that comes through the house. Sometimes, depending on the job, it doesn't matter. “We were very pleased with the process of estimating, booking, and billing. The service was excellent and so was the painting! All the paperwork could be done online, and they were very responsive to email.”

“Some of the painters were unprofessional and did not wear masks around us. The carpenters left a lot of holes in our garage and in the kitchen downstairs because it took them so much longer than the original date they said they would be done. Because we were paying for their time we decided to leave holes. We’re now working with contractors to fix these holes. In addition, the paint that covered holes in several areas does not match at all the original. In other areas the paint did match.”

“The painting went great, but we had problems with the same company, and that was a mess. They did make it right though, and fix the door eventually, but it wasn't the smoothest process in the world. The painting was fine. If we hadn't had the door, it would have been all fine.”
