“They are okay as painters, but they took my front door off the hinges to stain the door, a very expensive door I might add, and they couldn't get it back on the hinges properly. The door now does not open and close properly and scrapes when it is opened or closed. They also couldn't put the hardware back together and called in a "friend" to put on new hardware and that person overcharged me by a significant amount. I felt very much taken advantage of. And this was after emphasizing to them over and over that the front door was the centerpiece of the house and it was imperative that they get it done right.When I called them to do a second job, to paint my kitchen and fix the door, they never called back. Like I said, the painting was okay, but I feel like they didn't want to bother fix the problem that they were responsible for.”

“The company was hired to repaint the home exterior. A day into the job the person who originally was scheudled to do the job left, then another person was scheduled to do the job who also left after their first day to another job and the 3rd person who didi the job, alone, was not the most adequate for the job thus leaving us with the house painted but not with great attention to detail. Had hoped for a much better outcome!”

“December, 2014. Yes, highly recommend. I was able to have them in my home before I moved in. They did it all from removing popcorn ceilings to painting all rooms, closets, bathrooms and common areas. Plus they did my garage floors, walls and ceiling. Owner came bye often and checking on his team of workers to be sure all was done correctly. May, 2016 I had my exterior painted. Again great job.”

“Painting was excellent, however on the weekend after I paid for the job I went to put back up the outdoor Bose speakers. I noted one speaker was missing !! I called Deco several times without any resolution. I finally had to pay out off my off pocket for a new set of speakers. It was like taking your money and screw the customer”

“I'm very disappointed because when J.C Deco Painting & Waterproofing painted my house, I asked for a receipt and never got a response. I ended up having to see an attorney to see if I could get the receipt from them, but when they notified him, he never responded. I'm very disappointed in them because they have been very unprofessional.”
