“I was pleased with the salesman. He seemed quite professional. However, I was and am a bit disappointed that I did not hear anything from him after the first day of his explaining to the painters what to do. It was because of him at that I chose Klappenberger over the others.”

“The work is generally good - better than I could have done myself! The communication back and forth with the team onsite was jagged at times - they frequently moved faster than outlined which caused frequent shuffling of my work-from-home environment. There are more nail pops now that they've finished than when they started - not sure what that's about (coincidence?), Would recommend them others, with the caveat that flexibility needs are important.”

“We have worked with Klappenberger & Son for two projects so far this year. We did a complete update of our home exterior, which included the replacement of a large quantity of rotting soffits and fascia boards. The house looks fantastic and we constantly receive complements on the upgraded appearance and curb appeal of our home. In addition, we repainted the entire main level of our home, which included repainting our kitchen cabinets. The crew were very professional, and did an excellent job! We plan to use Klappenberger & Son more projects in the future, as we continue to refresh and upgrade our home!”

“Alex and his team did everything they could to ensure we were happy with the work they did. This was a significant job to paint all exterior surfaces of our house and to tackle some carpentry work that needed to be addressed, and they did a fantastic job!”

“They had a bunch of guys that did not have proper protection equipment. I had to buy masks so they were not breathing the grinding cement in the garage. They worked for two days until 11pm. They had to come back where they did not efficiently smooth the paint on walls. There was epoxy on the floors that has broken because they did not prepare the floor properly. I called and left messages, and they said they would repair the floor. I have not heard back from them or been able get in contact with them.”

“1. Large empty paint container left in my backyard behind shed. 2. Paint on ceiling lights. I had to take down lights and remove the paint on them myself. Lights not removed prior to painting room ceilings. 3. My vacuum cleaner was used to vacuum paint dust. I did not give permission for its use. I had to clean it to use it.”
“Previous owner David, never bothered to return phone calls when the front fence paint faded from March's application in less then 2 months (May). He was the one who came out and priced the job THANK GOD for Jimmy Graham who was the ONLY person willing to help us from our May 28 first phone call, until the last two days. Apparently between new owner Daniel, and old owner David, David finally agree to have a re-paint. David never called or came out either. The fence was re-painted yesterday and today by one poor sole Andreas using a brush & roller in the heat for 2 days. I guess the two man team with sprayer originally was to much to expect.”
