“Pointe Pest Control is good and consistent. But I felt like sometimes we just did not need them as much. They would call and tell us that our guy was coming. He would come and knock on the door. I just don't want them to bother me. There are calls to confirm the appointment and I would have to be home. I just need them to be outside and do their job. For a busy mom, it was hard. At the door, I would just greet them. They were always very kind and efficient, but it was too high maintenance. I want it so be as seamless as the landscaping. I just want them to be in and out and for me to not have to be home to interact with them.”
