They didn't know that they needed to return in two hours because it wasn't hooked up the first time. He got it corrected, and it has been working fine. The company won't put down that he returned a second or third time. It makes everything looked messed up. Other than that, they try to do a thorough job in pleasing a customer.”

“Great quality of work”

“I had a tech cone out to inspect the heat pump as we were getting black sutton around our vents. I was told it's because it's a more efficient unit. About a month later the A/C stopped working and our bedroom carpet was wet. Well, they discovered 14 parts needing replaced, but the A/C was totally replaced after 3 weeks of no A/C. Part was ordered, wrong one came in , numerous appointments made then cancelled by Castel, never gave a call back when asked to, but the techs were polite though the initial installation only lasted 3 yrs. The water heater was not even 45 days old when we had an issue with it leaking. That problem was a simple fix. I will NOT EVER buy from Castel again!”

“While we were pleased with the overall system and service provided by Casteel, we had 4 follow up appointments after completing the new HVAC installation. The issues we had after installation were seemingly common problems, but were unchecked by the installation lead on the job. Casteel has made sure to fix every issue that resulted from the installation and with no additional cost, but it was a real headache and took a lot of time.”
