Within 2 hours, a technician was at our house with exactly what was needed for the repair--which was accomplished in 15 minutes. “I have used Fulton Plumbing for years and have always been pleased with their service,,,until now. We requested a plumber to come out and fix two toilets, one of which continued to run and the other where the flushing handle was broken. They fixed the handle on the one. The one that continued to run, still runs frequently and in attempting to fix it, the service man must have sat on the toilet with its lid down. He broken/squashed the little spaces that hold the cover above the seat when closed. And the toilet still runs more than commonly expected.”
