“My biggest issue with this company is the runaround. It's mainly the runaround. An issue that occurred was that I was told one thing by the owner than it turned out to be another thing with the service person who came in. I was promised something would be completed, just to get a call the next day saying it could not done. I then got the runaround from the service person from them as well, saying, 'Just pay now. We're going to come back tomorrow to finish the job.' Then I get a call from the owner of the company 48 hours later basically saying that I need a new air conditioning unit. So, first they were raving that they could definitely repair it--they came out and looked and said everything was dandy--so I got the bait and switch. I was then told I only could install a new unit. Then from there I basically made a complaint, and I didn't hear back from anyone for a month. I had to reach out to the owner of the company and at that point I didn't even want to talk to them anymore. My wife ended up dealing with him. I was charged $500 without the job being completed and being told it was good to go. My $500 service then turned into a $7000--$8000 job. I wasn't having that. I ended up getting partially refunded. That was it, in a nutshell.”
