“They are generally great for responding to emergencies. However, I think that because they are emergency focused they are not great in scheduling. I am no longer using them unless its an emergency.”

“Overpriced, not very competent. Charges were not detailed. Charged for 'turning the water heater on and off', said he had to 'bleed the line'. As he was leaving he asked me to turn on the hot water to let the air out. Really??!?!”

“Winters came to my rescue during the June 2021 heatwave. My downstairs air handler seemed not to be working properly. Winters promised to push my work to the front of the line. Brad H., the Winters technician, came from an install from Woburn, MA after 8:00 pm. Turns out that Brad was also the Winters technician who installed the unit a year ago. He carefully checked the unit, its condenser in the courtyard and the thermostat. We discussed the ins and outs of the unit and he laid to rest some of my concerns. When Brad left, the unit was running, the cooling process had begun and released the upstairs unit from working overtime. I was more than grateful, especially also because Brad told me to immediately contact him if there were any issues, and he would set things right. Thank you so much Winters!”
“What kind of air-conditioning service company claims to provide "24/7 priority service" for their annual contract customers, but makes you wait 10 days for an emergency repair in the middle of the summer? Answer: The kind of company that doesn't actually provide the stated service and doesn't plan to keep your business, apparently. Spoke with Jenny today on behalf of my elderly parents. Explained that the A/C isn't working. We have had temps in the 80's. Was told we have to wait 10 days for the next available HVAC A/C technician. I said, what about your 24/7 priority policy? She said we don't have any A/C technicians until then. That's laughable. You can be SURE we won't renew our annual contract. Plus, their contract is TWICE as expensive as the one I have. Oy.”

“My water heater needed to be replacement and Winters Home Services did a great job. James "Jamie" Jones was the person who replaced the water heater and he did an extraordinary job. He coordinated everything for delivery of the water heater and also had to do some creative maneuvering around the boiler to accommodate the new water heater. Outstanding job.”
