“Work quality at first seemed to meet minimum requirements but the workers ruined my neighbor's sidewalk by dumping the soil directly on the concrete w/o protection. So they gouged his sidewalk and said "the rain will wash it away" which of course cannot happen with gouges. Furthermore, our replaced drain line backed up 3 months after installation and the city came to unclog it. A video inspection ~1 month later revealed that the replaced portion of the drain under the sidewalk was likely not sloped properly for drainage. I have contacted the company several times but they refuse to pay or fix anything. The only positive in this experience is that we now have an external cleanout and the city can come every few months & ensure the drain is clear. I have given up trying to be reimbursed by Prime Plumbing because they have consistently blamed other parties (they say problems under the sidewalk are Baltimore City's responsibility). I filed a homeowners claim for the sewage backup in our basement and repairs are underway. I've currently spent $3,000 of my own money to fix the sidewalk for which I'll likely never be reimbursed by Prime Plumbing.”
