“I have used this company for several years. They are a first class operation. As my brother-in-law said of them, "They ain't cheap, but you get your money's worth!"”
“They did not bleed the lines before they replaced the pipes and my whole garage was flooded. It sounds like a machine running in there, my kitchen floor was flooded, and I can't get a response back from the company. I should receive a new floor for what happened from Church Services.”

“You had a contract with us that you honored and when the freeze came you cut off communication with us not letting us know what your intentions were. We tried to contact someone in your company who could give us that information. The answer we always got was I’ll have to have him call you back. NO return call ever came. Then two weeks later we had a group of men show up at our front door to repipe our house. These men didn’t people a word of English( or Mexican Espanole) no one would communicate with us. There was no one in charge of these men over seeing what they were doing. When they did the repiping in the upstairs bedroom they cut through the carpet to do the job and didn’t do a very tidy job of cutting straight so the carpet could be repaired by the contractor redoing the mess in the house. We found out later that your company had sold or gave our contract off to someone else ( who were a group of men from Guatemala. Did they know what they were doing. Do you know? They certainly are not the company we hired to do $8,000. Worth of work for us. Maybe your money doesn’t mean that much to you but we don’t do business with ours like that. After the job was finished NO One from your business establishment bothered to come and explain anything to us. Didn’t check the job to see if it was done correctly. NOTHING! If business treated you this way would you recommend or ever use them again yourself. I will let you come up with that answer for yourself. I hope you sleep well at night.”

I had to have them switch parts in the tank ask well.”
