“My son dropped a toy ball down the toilet that I couldn't reach. The plumber tried to use an industrial snake and then told me my only option was $1600 for a new toilet, when the original one costs $225 at home depot. I was able to get the ball out with a $50 wet vac. I also had a broken fill valve in a different, he insisted I was wrong and it was the flapper, and quoted $500 to fix it. I fixed it with an $18 part. The flapper is just fine. I get charging for experience but neither of these things were difficult.”

“Came out didn’t fixes the issues tested one thing left charged me 50$ soon as gone the issue was still Happening. Then when I called back said the issue was still happening they told me I have to pay the dionostic fee again”

“Unresponsive and poor customer service. Received requested quote on 3/10. I explained to the plumber that came out that I was getting multiple quotes and I’d follow up after I received and reviewed all of them. Received follow up calls or emails daily following the visit which was excessive and a put off. I emailed on 3/21 requesting to be removed from the contact list and asked a couple follow up questions about the quotes. I received a response stating they would have the plumber that came out get back to me. It is a month later and no one ever got back to me with answers to my questions. Yet I’m still being contacted for a review, very poor customer service. I have now had another company complete the work.”

“Tech did not show up for scheduled service. MyPlumberPlus also refuses to give an appointment time causing me to take the entire day off work for whenever they decide to show up. On the previous visit, the tech did not perform maintenance satisfactorily and then I had to have someone else come and fix the air handler when it quit working. The repair company said that would not have happened if proper preventative maintenance would have been done. Also, the tech interrupted me many times while he was here and kept trying to sell me additional services - so annoying. Finally, my water heater went out unexpectedly. MyPlumberPlus came same day which was good but took advantage of my situation and installed a water heater costing nearly double what they sell for and I did not know the price until after it was installed.”
