“It was an OK experience. Our situation resolved itself before the tech arrived. The tech didn’t do much except watch me flush the toilets and I still got charged $45 for it. I was hoping that they would have called for the camera check as promised. Guess I’m not getting that call because I haven’t received that call.”

“They came to my house and charged me the service fee, but then it took about five seconds then told me they couldn't do the work, that I needed an appliance person. Then he left. I got an appliance person, and he told me he wasn't a plumber. They didn't charge the service fee. My Plumber Plus didn't call me back. I had called them three times.”

“I had to have the company come back a second time because the first time they cut a hole in my floor it didn't fix the problem. I was charged $6775 for the first job and then another $15,000 for the second attempt. I do not feel that I should have to pay the $6775 becuase in my opinion a qualified contractor would have caught the issue the first time.”
