“It has been noted by myself and my wife that your reps are too busy trying to sell, rather than addressing the issue at hand. This is a consistent pattern with us, and with others of our friends who have used your services in the past. Because of this, I am seriously considering finding another such service that isn't so darned busy trying to "make a sale," as opposed to being straightforward with us about what's REALLY needed, as opposed to the "oh, well, you know, your 9 1/2 year old water heater may give out at any time" - and yet, the most recent plumbing rep told us that the average lifespan for such was 7-13 years. I agree that 10 years IS the average - but it didn't mean we HAD to change out the heater the last time he was here. In addition, some of the other work he had performed a year ago was not to our satisfaction, especially when he did NOT install the desired faucets in our master suite bathroom, and, when this was pointed out, you all would've charged us $700+ for the experience - while I could've gone to Home Depot and bought what we wanted for something around $100. And that was BEFORE the charge for the service. I think you can see that we are unhappy with your services.”

“The plumber wanted to charge me $300+ to unclog a bathroom sink, when the stopper only needed to be pulled up to allow greater opening for draining. Then, when I declined all services on the spot, the plumber tried to make me feel guilty by telling me how far he had traveled to come to my house.”

“I needed the inside valve replaced. The plumber gave me an estimate of $1,100.00. Or, replace the entire toilet for $900.00. I had no intention of paying such out landish prices. I ended up going on Amazon and found the part I needed for $30.00 and replaced 1 simple part!!”

He applied discounts and brought it down to $500. That was a little disappointing. The guy who came was friendly, on time, and communication was good. It was just the cost that I had a problem with. My Plumber Plus did not do any work.”
