“I have used Mattioni for plumbing services for 12 years. They have been consistent in the quality of their service, in all aspects. They are very good about communication--if you have questions they provide clear and full explanations.”

“I think they are good but very expensive. I like the service promptness, but hate their outsourced customer service, where I have to repeat everything they should already know about me as a subscribed customer. And there have been several careless mistakes that required return calls, in one case costing me >$550 unnecessarily with work that was not needed.”

“In an emergency they always came the same day. Everything was always fixed right the first time, Never had them come back. Very nice employees, always called when on their way, time was always good.”
“Everyone at Mattioni - the secretary, the staff - are dedicated to taking care of you, and as quickly as possible. One time the plumber returned my call within minutes and was able to help me over the phone. During a visit for a faucet upgrade, they discovered that the sink's overflow tube had not been properly connected during construction of the house, and they corrected it during that appointment. They patiently answer all questions and review all your options and the associated costs. It is always a pleasure working with this company.”
