“We asked Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating to install an exterior hose bib at our house. The installation was scheduled for September 21, 2021. On that day, we received a call at 9:36 AM that our installation had to be rescheduled "because of a commercial emergency." We rescheduled it to October 4. Again, the morning of October 4, we received a call at 8:28 AM that our visit had to be rescheduled "because of a commercial emergency". It got rescheduled to today, October 5, and at 4:50 PM, we received a call that the plumbers weren't coming anymore, because another job had run late. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional. Now over a month has passed since we first scheduled the installation, and I have to find a different company all over again. If you actually need anything done, it seems like you unfortunately cannot rely on Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating.”

“We used D & N Plumbing only once and it was an emergency. I would need a little more experience to strongly be likely to recommend them.”

“All their available plumbers were not vaccinated. This is not safe for those at higher risk for covid, and shows lack of concern for their customers.”

“I'm conflicted about how to review the work completed on my home. Big picture, the problem I originally called about was repaired, and my main drain is no longer leaking. So, that's good. But, this project was rescheduled after the first attempt because of the declared need to remove more concrete. On the return visit to complete the work, no additional concrete was removed, so I'm flummoxed as to why it had to be rescheduled in the first place. My front porch and front yard were left a mess after the return visit, and I was told that it would be about a month before someone could come out to remove the dirt/rock pile in my front yard and repair the concrete. The claim was that the dirt was too wet to settle in place and add concrete, which may be true. However, it was their choice to not properly erect the covering for the dirt pile in order to protect it from rain. So, again, I'm conflicted. The actual problem was solved, but I was left with additional problems.”

“The initial hard part of the work was done correctly, but required two separate additional visits to fix mistakes that lead to water leaking from the ceiling below. Both times they told me that it might be a problem with my drains, and both times it was related to their work instead. Each time when I would call back with basically, "The ceiling is dripping please help" they dispatched the same guy - it felt very much like maybe he wasn't an employee of theirs, just an independent contractor. We had to wait for him to be available when we'd have been happy to have anyone show up. By the third visit the guy said he was glad it was finally fixed because he liked us but lived really far away and I couldn't help but think, "Well, we didn't hire you we hired Day and Nite and they could have sent someone else.".”
