“I got a new refrigerator and needed it fixed so they could hook up the water. Two nice workers came out and put in a new water hook up in the floor! so when I had the new fridge installed it stuck out 10 inches from the counter. I had to call SW back and have them come out and place the water hook up in the wall so my fridge would fit. I got a seniors discount the first time I paid. But received no discount when I had to call them back. Why was is not done correctly in the first place??? I actually have other work that I need done but I hesitate to call SW because I had to call them out 2 times to get the job done correctly and they actually charged me more. Very unhappy and feel overcharged.”

“They did a good job with the faucet, it was installed well and quickly. The garbage disposal was physically installed, but the electrical was not completed because they don't do electrical.”

“The last time I tried to use them they broke two appointments. After that I told them not to bother coming out.”
“I had one leaking pipe to fix. Price quoted was nearly $600.... In the process of removing one section of pipe, the plumber used channel lock pliers to turn the pipe. He neglected to use a backup wrench on the section he twisted against, thus damaging another pipe supplying a bathroom sink, and creating ANOTHER leak. A simple job turned into a nightmare, and at a cost of nearly $1400 by the time he was done. I will NEVER call Southwest Plumbing again.”
