“I called out the plumber for a leaking hose on my toilet which was replaced and then the inner workings also had to be replaced. The plumber was extremely nice and professional but the toilet was still leaking when he left and running continuously.”

“We were pleased with every aspect of their service, beginning with the woman in the office who listened well, was cheerful and helpful, Our water heater died, which is never fun. The gentleman who came out was nice, knowledgeable and low key. Once he took a close look he explained the options. We decided to go ahead an get a new heater, since a different company had come out about a year prior and performed a service that carried us through a year, but did not seem worth doing again. He managed to arrange for a new heater to be delivered and installed soon after we decided to proceed and between the two men who came out that day, we had a new water heater installed quickly and quietly. As far as we are concerned, we now have a plumber who we feel confidence in!”
